Lanyon Station Car Park Office Development (also referred to as Lanyon Place Offices) is a proposed office-led mixed-use development located on the existing surface-level car park east of Lanyon Place Station.
The site currently accommodates 157 surface parking spaces serving Lanyon Place Station and its surroundings.
A Proposal of Application Notice LA04/2021/2228/PAN was submitted in September 2021 for an 11-storey Grade A office building with active ground floor uses, car and cycle parking, and significant public realm improvements.
This was followed by a full planning application LA04/2025/0574/F, submitted in March 2025 by the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHC), for an eight-storey office-led development comprising seven floors of Grade A workspace over ground floor commercial units, with 15 car parking spaces, a dedicated drop-off area, and enhanced landscaping.
