49 East Bridge Street is a 130,000 sq ft commercial office property located on the former site of the Maysfield Leisure Centre in Belfast. The leisure centre, opened in the 1970s and closed in 2004.
In 2013, Belfast City Council issued a Development Brief to support regeneration of the derelict site. In 2014, Concentrix, a global business services company, acquired the site and led a multi-million-pound redevelopment, which was completed in 2017.
