Sessia House (formerly known as The Church of Ireland House) on Donegall Street is a four-storey office building that served as the administrative headquarters for the Church of Ireland in Belfast for nearly 30 years.
Originally constructed in the 1980s and extensively refurbished in the 1990s, the property includes ground floor retail units with frontage to Donegall Street and Talbot Street, as well as a car park at the rear accessible from Talbot Street.
In February 2025, Neighbourhood Café relocated to a ground floor retail unit in Sessia House.
