Lindsay House, located on Callender Street, is a five-storey 1950s commercial building. The three ground floor units are let to Subway, NOVA and Sew ‘N’ Sew, while the upper floors, previously used as office space, are currently vacant.

In June 2025, The Irish News reported that the Ringland Group (operator of venues including The Flint, Amelia Hall, and other hospitality venues across Belfast) had acquired the property for just over £2 million. The group plans to convert it into a 76 bedroom, 1950s themed hotel as part of a £10 million redevelopment. The proposal includes full internal reconfiguration and facade enhancements, while retaining the existing structure.

A full planning application is expected to be submitted in late 2025.
