Great Victoria Street railway station

Train station

Great Victoria Street railway station was a key rail hub located in the heart of Belfast. It operated as a central point for Northern Ireland Railways and once played a vital role in the city's public transport system, being directly connected to the Europa Buscentre, which is now closed as well.

The station officially closed on May 10th 2024. This marked the transition of services to the new Belfast Grand Central Station

Following the closure, the tracks and platforms at Great Victoria Street were removed. While the main station building currently remains, it is expected to be demolished as part of the wider Weavers Cross redevelopment.
